As I'm still brambled up and I'll be on my Raleigh shopper with front basket I was planning on sitting on your wheel.

A good number of evenly- matched riders turned up tonight and one Rhys Lloyd.  We rode the 'Rhys Express' whilst he did three quarters of a lap and the remaining 7 of us the the last quarter !  He then contented himself with bringing any dropped riders back to the bunch - class !

He got bored and left us after 4 laps and when we had got our breath back we recorded 47.46...

Got dropped just after 1st lap. Couldn't understand why???.

I completed 7 laps solo!. Managed a 56.50. When 2 weeks ago managed 48......

Checked rear wheel and noticed that I broke a spoke and wheel is badly buckled! No wonder I felt like the hardest ride ever!!!.

Joys of cycling Huh?.

Cheers.
